Rui’s Bistro was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special thank-you to our server, Toni, who truly made our evening exceptional. Toni’s friendly attitude, attentive service, and professionalism added so much to our visit. We felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Lovely little Bistro and very reasonably priced considering the place next door was almost double. We sat inside as there was a lot of smokers outside. The pizza looked delicious and was huge, as was the sandwich!

Lovely ambience and has air conditioning which was important since we visited during the summer. The hosts are accommodating even allowed serving lasagna in the morning. We are in a group tour so our lunch was scheduled early. Their lasagna and home made lemonade are a must try! :)

Had take away for lunch. Enjoyed it so much, we decided to do dinner. Service was very good, and the food worthy of the return.

Nice place to eat, awesome view to signiora plaza. The food was delicious. But the best of everything was the service of the server: Adriano, he gave us suggestions of the food, and also of the city. He is very fluent in multiple languages.

A Delightful Breakfast in the Heart of Florence During a recent visit to Piazza della Signoria, I enjoyed a memorable breakfast at Rudi’s, a charming restaurant that captured the essence of Florentine hospitality. The menu offered an impressive variety of options, making it easy to find something for everybody. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, (sorry I do not remember her name but she has special eyes, for sure you will recognize her if you go) creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like valued guests, enhancing the meal’s enjoyment.
